AGREEMENT AMENDMENT: Consideration of an amendment to the agreement for professional services between the City of Laramie and Western States Fire Protection Co., for preventive maintenance and service of City owned fire alarm and suppression equipment.

that Council approve amendment number one to the agreement for professional services between the City of Laramie and Western States Fire Protection of Fort Collins, Colorado for preventive maintenance and service of City owned fire alarm and suppression equipment, in the amount of $18,300.00, over the term of the agreement, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign.

RESOLUTION: Resolution 2019-26, supporting the submission of an application to the Wyoming Department of Agriculture for a 2019 Emergency Insect Management Program Grant.

that Council approve Resolution 2019-26, supporting the submission of an application to the Wyoming Department of Agriculture for a 2019 Emergency Insect Management Program Grant in the amount of $67,632 to support the City of Laramie’s Mosquito Control Program and implementation of the City of Laramie West Nile Virus Prevention Plan, and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign.

to award the bid for the 7 ½ Grand Avenue Sewer Main Replacement project to Big Huhnks Excavation Inc., Laramie, WY, in the amount of $72,475.83 along with contingency of $14,495.17 for a total amount of $86,971.00, to approve the contract and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign.
